Like BJ Wolf / Marcia McDowell, Bill was introduced to Dan
and gained his friendship. He organized at lest two videotaped
interviews in which Dan discusses his personal experiences
working at S-4 for the Black-Ops community, and has written
a number of articles about Dan, several of which are available
on the Rense.com archives.
Bill has been shunned to some extent by many of his peers
in the UFO community for his involvement and belief in what
D. Burisch has shared with him.
